How to get
Buy it from the Wood Store vendor for 50 Bucks. Find it as loot, most reliably from processing lumber logs.
A special would that when used as fuel, will burn more slowly and dramatically increase processing speed. Obtain by milling Oak logs and chopping Legendary Oak Trees that can be found in the Central Valley and along the west coast.
