Buy it from the Wood Store vendor for 50 Bucks. Find it as loot, most reliably from processing lumber logs.
A special would that when used as fuel, will burn more slowly and dramatically increase processing speed. Obtain by milling Joshua Tree logs and chopping Legendary Joshua Trees that can be found in the Mojave desert.
