How to get
Buy it from the Wood Store vendor for 50 Bucks. Find it as loot, most reliably from processing lumber logs.
A special wood obtained by milling Hemlock logs and chopping Legendary Mountain Hemlock Trees. Find trees in the high mountains, especially in the Sierras.
