Buy it from the Wood Store vendor for 50 Bucks and 1 other shop. Find it as loot, most reliably from processing lumber logs.
A special wood obtained by milling Eucalyptus logs and chopping Legendary Eucalyptus Trees. Find trees in Pacific Riviera and occasionally in the South Coast.
