• Must be in Tier 3 or higher×75
• The Wellington Carbine and Harrison Repeater recipes can be purchased from a Tier 3 or higher Weapon Vendor×50
• Syndicate are human enemies found in Tier 3×50
• Bronze Tomahawk recipe can be purchased from a Tier 3 or higher Weapon Vendor×10
